Anyone who selectively quotes from the Bible.
Anyone who mistakenly attributes philosophical quotations.
Anyone who quotes a partial phrase.
Such as, "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" suggesting that having some knowledge makes a person an expert on some subject. In fact the full quotation is,
"A little learning is a dangerous thing;
drink deep, or taste not the Pierian spring:
there shallow draughts intoxicate the brain,
and drinking largely sobers us again.
Which in fact gives the lesson that real knowledge only makes us aware of how much we do not know.
Anyone who does not like cats.
Anyone who quotes Nietzsche; the guy lived in an asylum until his family brought him home to die from syphilis
Anyone who doesn't understand the phrase "Nacht und Nebel." Read some history and find out just how spooky this German saying really is.
Anyone who read Ayn Rand and thinks they have found the essence of human endeavor that everyone else somehow missed.
Anyone who arrives late to my dinner invitations. You are not so important so as to arrive "fashionably" late; no matter who told you so.
Anyone on diet. Please stay home and eat your "not, non, low, free, healthy" not-food substitutes instead of coming to my house and eating real food in moderate proportions,
Anyone who doesn't see the similarity of Republican (read Tea Party) Part rhetoric and the hysterical rantings of Joseph Goebbels. If you are one of these people, remember that, eventually, they will come for you and there will be no one to speak up for you.
Anyone who follows Hitler's guidelines that "if you are going to tell a lie, tell a big one."
Anyone who doesn't understand what it means to say a crime is so large that it can be so heinous that no one can be guilty individually.
Anyone who thinks application of the law is the same thing as the pursuit of justice. Justice is truly blind and only finds it's way by straying off the path of what is "right" or "wrong" and getting "bitch slapped" back into reality.
More to come.
