Disabled Begin Boycott of NorthPark Center Merchants

Boycott Followers:

The following major retailers at Northpark Center have profited from violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act through the actions of NorthPark Center, Northapark Management and NorthPark Security.  Though an agreement with the Department of Justice has been signed by NorthPark in which they agree to bring their facilities and practices into compliance with the ADA.  However, NorthPark continues to refuse to settle with the original complainant for his expenses and personal damages related to the event.

These retailers should be boycotted until they acknowledge their complicity in these violations of the ADA and NorthPark compensates the original complainant.
