As you regular readers of my blog know, I have been in an expensive and long-term battle with NorthPark Center and NorthPark Management to force them into compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. During this process I have had to spend over $9,000 of my own money in legal fees to push, pull and drag the Department of Justice into investigating my complaint (which is fully documented on the pages of this blog) only to find out that the Department of Justice is in collusion with NorthPark Management to make the settlement as easy, cost effective and secret as possible to benefit NorthPark.
First, on November 30, 2011 Carmen Romero calls me to tell me the final settlement was signed by NorthPark management on November 28, 2011 but she refuses to send me a copy of the settlement which my complaint and $9,000 initiated.
I was therefore forced to request copies of all the documents through a Freedom Of Information Act request. I received a reply to my request. Both documents are available for review on this blog site.
I responded to the letter I received from the DOJ wherein they give themselves the premeditated and self-serving excuses about why getting these document to me might take some considerable time.
This is my email response to the DOJ regarding their pre-excusing their very likely tardiness in responding to my requests. Read on after the email and I will tell you what you should really read between the lines to understand how they will do everything in their power to prevent this information from becoming public, because they know once I have the documents in hand I will publish them for the world to see.
This is my reply email to their letter:
This, on the other hand is what the DOJ staff is going to do in order to kiss the ass of the Nasher family and NorthPark Management Company.
They say in their letter to me that they have established a "first come, first serve" policy due to the number of requests they receive. What you should understand that to mean is that if that if they have a request that requires 1000 hours of manpower ahead of you, they will complete that one, rather than the one you want which might take them just a few moments.
I say a few moments because the appropriate individuals already have all of the document on-hand, readily accessible, and easily dispatched.
Keep in mind folks, the settlement was signed on November 28, 2011 so all the documents related thereto are very conveniently sitting on the desk, residing in the in-boxes or in the filing cabinets of Ms. Carmen Romero and Ms Jana Erickson.
However, Mr. Nelson Hermilla, will not pick up the phone and ask for copies of these documents while they are conveniently at hand. No, you see, he has his "first come, first serve" policy which will of course require me to wait until all 1 million copies of the documents related to the Washington Mutual fiasco are copied and mailed, before he gets around to my request.
So, over the course of many months and many, many emails and phone calls to Mr. Hermilla I will receive the monotonous response that he can not send me copies of the files because they are not fully processed and still remain in the hands of Ms. Romero and Ms. Erickson for "administrative" reasons.
During this time Mr. Hermilla, Ms. Romero and Ms. Erickson are all praying that I will some how meet an untimely end and they can forget about my request and this whole matter remain their and NorthPark's dirty little secret. Unfortunately for Mr. Hermilla , Ms. Romero and Ms. Erickson, I have instructed my attorneys to delay the final probating of my will, in the event of my death, until the documents are received and published.
I will keep you kindly readers and supporters of my efforts to obtain justice from the Justice Department informed as future events develop.

I do not need the minimal income generated by your "clicking through" these ads to support myself. I have nothing to gain from your visiting an advertisers site and finding as a result that your computer is infected or your privacy infringed upon. Second, these ads are placed and serviced by a reputable sales organization - AdSense. They would quickly go out of business if readers who click through the ads they place on this blog became the least bit dissatisfied by the results.
