The Republican "Tea Party" Has Ended. I predict that very soon, in the next 60 days, the Republicans Will Mimic Hitler and Will Have Their Own Version of "The Night of the Long Knives"

After reading three columns related to the falling popularity of the Republican Party in general, the "Teas Party" specifically, and the implosion of Herman Cain's campaign just weeks before the Iowa caucuses, I will make this prediction.  The Republican Party's movers and shakers will realize their errors in dividing their base to such a degree, recognize that the "Tea Party" has all but taken over the Republican Party, all of their potential candidates have made themselves fools by pandering to every constituency to the point that they have no single, solid base from which to mount an effective national campaign in 2012.  In order to correct these problems there will soon be a "Putsch" of the party's extreme right-wing and those too far to the "left" to consolidate what is left of the Republican voting base.

Specifically:
  • Herman Cain is out and will end his campaign in disgrace; the ignominious end he brought upon himself from reading too much of his own PR.
  • Ron Paul will make fewer appearances at Republican sponsored events and then finally none.  The powers that be which drive the party will inform Mr. Paul that he needs to go home to Texas and keep his mouth shut. Which he will do.
  • Michelle Bachmann will be side-lined to the role of "cheer-leader" for the common cause
  • The party will coalesce around the three candidates deemed to have national stature and the greatest talents for "un-speaking" what they said earlier and thereby demonstrate that the party is more has more broad-based appeal than it actually has.  These three candidates will be Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry.
Check back tomorrow and I will give you specific examples of why this is the case and why we can look forward to a bloodless version of Hitler's Night of Long Knives.  Now, on three, let's go...... one, two, three "Vote Republican: Your "New" Fascist Party.

I do not need the minimal income generated by your "clicking through" these ads to support myself. These ads are no security risk to your computer or your privacy for multiple reasons. First, I have absolute and total control over what ads and advertisers appear on my blog. I have nothing to gain from your visiting an advertisers site and finding as a result that your computer is infected or your privacy infringed upon. Second, these ads are placed and serviced by a reputable sales organization - AdSense. They would quickly go out of business if readers who click through the ads they place on this blog became the least bit dissatisfied by the results. Finally, Google and Blogspot.com have nothing to gain from damaging your computer or infringing on your privacy and everything to lose if they do.
