Strange Things from Time Warner Dallas High Speed Internet

Do you know what a home booster is? Apparently, if you are paying for high-speed internet and you are at the end of the line, there are a lot of people using the service on the line from their servers to your home, etc. the signal is weak and you won't get the wide-band internet speed you pay for.  Well, kudos to Anthony in TWC at the North Texas service center.  He knew exactly what the problem was and suggested the booster for my home and added it to the service order for their tech coming on the 12th.  The idiot woman I was speaking with at their  level 2 RoadRunner service center had no clue, no interest and did nothing to help.  Anthony was great and he deserves some credit from TWC for his understanding and insight.
